Grampians

Tall Timbers holiday home is situated in the Grampians National Park, a lofty mountain range which rises steeply from the flat expanse of Western Victoria. The Grampians region is rich in visitor attractions including heritage towns, rivers and lakes perfect for fishing and boating, award-winning wineries and acres of vineyards.

Fine Dining

If you're feeling peckish visit one of the many contemporary cafés and restaurants specialising in local fresh produce and serving wines from the famous Grampians region.

Native Wildlife

Take the time to explore art galleries, superb state and national parks, native wildlife, beautiful botanic gardens and old goldmining towns. Try canoeing at Lake Wartook or Lake Fyans, or follow a bushwalking trail to MacKenzie Falls (shown at right), one of the largest waterfalls in the state.

Wildflowers The Grampians in spring is full of the dazzling colours of the wildflowers in bloom. It is estimated that a third (nearly 970 species) of Victoria's native plants are found in this region.
